Where we ship

Anywhere in India. Shipping is free on every order — there is no minimum cart value and no surcharge for remote pin codes.

We do not ship outside India yet. If you're abroad and want a piece, write to hello@pahar.fashion and we'll tell you honestly whether we can work something out.

When your order leaves us

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. We ship Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Once your parcel is handed to the courier you'll get an email with a tracking number. If it hasn't arrived within a day of your dispatch confirmation, check your spam folder before writing to us — it's usually there.

How long delivery takes

After dispatch, expect:

These are the courier's working estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and festival-season volume can add a day or two, and we have no control over that once a parcel is in transit.

Ordering for Raksha Bandhan

If you need a piece in hand by the festival, order with a clear week to spare and don't rely on the fastest end of the ranges above. The last few days before Raksha Bandhan are the busiest of the year for every courier in the country. If your order is time-critical, email us before you place it and we'll tell you plainly whether it can make it.

Getting your address right

We ship to the address exactly as you enter it at checkout, so please check the pin code and add a landmark if your building is hard to find. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available across the courier's delivery attempts, we'll email you. You can either have it re-shipped — we'll cover that once — or take a full refund.

If something goes wrong

If tracking hasn't moved for more than three business days, or the courier has marked something delivered that you never received, email hello@pahar.fashion with your order number. We'll open a trace with the courier and stay on it until it's resolved. You will not be left to argue with a courier on your own.

Taxes

All prices on the site include GST. There are no customs duties or additional charges on domestic orders.
